In my defense...the Coca-Cola had been sitting in there for an awful long time...I mean after all...it was a Razorback can...so it would have been from either Football or Basketball season...I presume the Coca-Cola belonged to my boss (who is now gone for the next 3 months because he is in rehab)...I took it because 1) I didn't think he would remember it...and 2) It wasn't crack (which is all he probably cares about)...it was only a Coca-Cola...I didn't think he would mind...

i understand that....once it has been in there for a long time, it doesn't matter, in fact, i was known to help "clean out" the freezer from time to time. i would note something in there for a long time, i would watch it for the next week or two, and if still not claimed, it then became my dinner.
