I got this e-mail today...and I don't think I can pass this offer up...once I'm rich...I will forget about you all...

Good day,

I am Mr Elvis Johnson, the only son of late Mr Jacob Johnson from
Sierra Leone.I know that my message will come to you as a surprise. However,
I am writing you in absolute confidence to seek your assistance in
retrieving and transfering the sum of ten million United State dollars
($10,000,000) now in a private security and safe deposit company here in
Abidjan to your private account pending my arrival to your country.

SOURCE OF THE MONEY

My late father, Mr Jacob Johnson, a native of mende district in the
Northern province of Sierra Leone, was the general Manager of Sierra Leone
mining co-operation (S.L.M.C.) Freetown. According to my father. This
money was the income acquired from mining co-operation's over draft and
minor sales. Before the peak of the civil war between the rebels forces
of major Paul Koroma and Mr Fodey Sankoh ,and the combined forces of
ECOMOG peace keeping operation that almost destroyed my country,
following the forceful removal from power ofthe Civilian Elected President
Ahmed Tejan Kabbah by the rebels.

My father had already made arrangement for his family, my mother and
myself to be evacuated to Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire with our personal
effects. My father deposited a consignment where he kept the money in the
custody of the private security company until after the war when he will
join us. During the war in my country, and following the indiscriminate
looting of public and Government properties by the rebel forces, the
sierra Leone mining coop. Was one of the targets looted and destroyed. My
father including other top Government functionaries Were attacked and
killed by the rebels in November 1999 because of his relationship with
the civilian Government of Ahmed Tejan Kabbah. As a result of my father
death, and with the news of my uncles involvement in air crash in
January, dashed our hope of survival. The untimely deaths caused my mothers
heart failure and other related complications of which she later died
in the hospital. Now I am alone in this strange country suffering
without any care or help. Without any relation, I am now like refugees and
orphan. My only hope now is in this fund which my father deposited in the
security company. To this effect, I humbly solicit your assistance in
the followings ways.

1)To assist me retrive the consignment containing the money from the
custody of the security company

2)To transfer this money in your name to your country.

3)To make a good arrangement for a joint business investment in your
country and you being the caretaker.

Meanwhile, it isimportant you know that my late father deposited the
consignment in the custody of the security company and declared it as
containing African Arts for export to a foreign partner. He made
thisdeclaration for security reasons as he havenot wanted the officials of the
security company to inspect the contentsof the box hence he declared it
as belonging to a foreign partner. I have visited the security company
to demand for the release of the consignment to me in my capacity of
being the heir of the depositor and I was told that the only person they
can honour the application for the release of the consignment is the
foreign partner to my late father on whose behalf the consignment was
deposited. Hence I am contacting you to front you as the foreign partner
to my late father on whose behalf the consignment was deposited. My
father did not give the name or gender of his foreign partner on whose
behalf he was depositing the consignment so any body can stand as the
beneficiary as long as I the heir to the depositor presents the person to
the officials of the security company.

Moreover, to make arrangement to receive me in your country after you
have transferred this fund. Most importantly. The whole document issued
after deposit is in my custody.

For your assistance, I shall compensate you with ten percent of the
total amount. I will also want you to treat this matter with utmost
confidentiality.

Awaiting for your urgent reply.

Thanks and God bless.

Yours sincerely,

Elvis Johnson
