...what it is about the place I'm employed, but since I've been with this company we have fired 6 people. I have only worked here since November. It's a 12 man company. Today was #6...it's been a dramatic day.

Ill do the math...thats 50%.So half the work force has been fired?or just let go because of lack of business?

Actually you probably replaced someone that was fired so you could say 7.That would be 7/12's [img]confused.gif[/img]

OK...the long version is...

When I started there were 12. The company started doing bad and people started getting fired or quit out of fear of losing their job anyway. Because the company was doing bad, the creative director decided to start his own company and he picked out who he wanted to come with him, which put us down to 6. Then, yesterday, they fired one of the 6. So, really, we're down to 5. Job security is definitetly questionable around here.

Have any good ideas to get more business?If so you can take a lead in the company,and thus prove yourself to be worth more $$$.
