Charlie Manuel, in my book you will forever be a pompous arrse who robbed Casey Blake of a fair shot at continuing his 26 game hitting streak by having Casey be intentionally hit by one of your pitchers as "payback".
I don't think Casey got very good pitch choices in some of his other at bats as well. Charlie Manuel, you think you're clever knowing that Casey probably would like to extend his streak, so you take advantage by having your pitchers offer him craap pitches, and then YOU HAVE HAVE CASEY INTENTIONALLY HIT BY A PITCH as well.
Charlie, you are worthless in the eyes of the blue collar man you pretend to be. You're a tired hack act that time forgot to pull off the stage with a ten foot irradiated aluminum pole. Charlie Manuel, take a hike!

For the record Charlie, check out how Buddy Bell had his pitcher throw to Casey in the ninth inning earlier in the hitting streak. Buddy could have easily ordered his pitcher to just throw it in the dirt once the count was full, instead the pitcher challenged Casey and after Casey fouled off something like 8 pitches in a row, Casey homered.
That's how real men play the game Charlie.
