For those that may not know...for Christmas me and the 3man went on a little trip.
We went to Los Angeles, CA to watch the Christmas Lakers game against the Rockets and came home that same night (sort of).
I would like to share our schedule with you.
6:30 am cst- arrive at LR national airport to check in and fly out at 7:33 am
8:58 am cst- land at DFW airport
(3 hour lay over)
12:10 pm cst- leave DFW to land at LAX at 1:24 pm pst (a 3 hour flight...keep in mind the time change)
(about a 4 hour wait at a resturant near the Staples Center)it was also raining.
The game started at 5:30 and ended at about 8:30 or so.
(4 hour wait in airport)
12:30 am pst - leave LAX to arrive at DFW at 5:18 am cst
6:45 am cst - leave DFW to arrive in LR at 7:55 am.
I write all this to tell you it was only a 24 hour trip, but prolly the longest 24 hours of my entire life (a lovely trip, don't get me wrong, just very long). I'll never do it again. My advice for anyone wanting to go somewhere to see something and come right home...if you fly there, stay overnight...pay the extra money to get a hotel room and get some rest.

you don't have to tell me twice....
i hate that shit.
i hate lay-overs and normal hour-long waits for
flights and other NONSENSE like that....
not to mention the UNGODLY airport prices in the
restaurants you undoubtedly have to wait in.
although i think the 24 hour concept is a cool
one... i'll be damned if i'd do it.
