Okay, here's a free piece of kit that seems to work for me. It converted some Donnie Vie Real Audio files to MP3 and is so straightforward. Even converted a Real Video but obviously just the soundtrack.
Also comes with an EQ so you can remix and improve the original and a choice of bitrates too an all free!! WOW, I'm in awe.

Dizzy Starr, it won't rip your Dogs files as they are slightly different and seem to be 'Presentation' files - whatever that means. Sorry Dude, I tried and thanks for making me find this!
