Depends... I have a few for PS2... I really love Gran Turismo 3 (and 4 comes out next week!! YES!), and Need for Speed Underground, and Burnout 3. If I remember though, you have an Xbox or something though right?
As far as PC goes... NFS Underground 2 is out for PC as well... I haven't played it yet though. I played the demo, and am a huge fan of the first one, so I can only imagine it's awesome. That's really the only PC racing games I've played in a while (the NFS ones)... so I'd recommend those. I heard that Midnight Racing Club or whatever is decent, but I have yet to play those...
