Holiday Shopping Done or Not?

Are you done? Are you even close to done? Are you doing any at all this year?
I know this was brought up ealier, but sinmce we are entering the home stetch I thought an update would be in order.

So, how far along are you?

Me? I'm pretty close to being done. I have two or maybe three things left, but nothing too major.
Pretty light shopping load in the Hoodin family this year.
We didnt do the inner-family gift exchange thing so all I have to buy for is my mom and sister.
Trying to make it nice without going too overboard on things. You know, stuff they'll use, stuff I'm pretty sure they'd like.
And of course I did a little for toys for tots as mentioned before.

So, how's everyone else doign so far?

I'd be scared to open it.

But, I think I still owe the board a drink! LOL!

I almost forgot about that.

After the holdiay, maybe a toast for the new year sometime in January.

Known for bragging about my smart shopping, I can honestly say that I really did get more than I had origanlly set out to get and really spent a little less.
I did give a little bit extra too because of that.

As stated on an earlier thread, Christmas is scaled back this year around here, so we're finished. I mailed the packages to Trav's children and grandson on Tuesday (the self service kiosk at the post office ROCKS!).

We'll get the tree tomorrow, decorate it over the weekend, and then the only thing that's left is some wrapping.

I must say that I'm enjoying this low key approach A LOT!

Really cant go wrong with a Moose.

I just had some Mousse the other night.

If you see a moose leaving a beauty parlor carrying a bag from a french bakery,
