I am going to be selling one of my Longo Custom Snare drums. This drum is a 13X5 with .5 maple reinforcement hoops made out of solid walnut. Vinnie's drum is exactly the same except it is a 14X5 with .5 maple reinforcement hoops made out of solid walnut. The drum has triple flanged hoops, one piece lugs, and a Yamaha throw-off. These are very rare drums and sound amazing! I am getting rid of it because I have a 14" and never use the 13". I am going to be putting it on Ebay, but thought that I would offer it to you guys first. Let me know if you are interested! I am asking $450 for the drum and it is in perfect condition.

I saw Vinnie playing that snare once and asked him about it and got this story that a kid had given it to him. I've never seen Longo Drums offered anywhere. Where did you get yours?

This is really pissing me off! I am retarded when it comes to computers, so I am sorry...
I got these drums through Vinnie. I was at Drum Paradise one day and he had his Longo drum out of the case, so I grabbed it and took down the info inside the drum. I then contacted Neal Longo and he made me a couple of snare drums. Vinne has used this drum for numerious recordings and live gigs. They sound awesome! I will try to get a picture up of my drum as soon as I can figure it out!

Unfortunatly, Longo Drums does not have a website. Neal Longo makes these drums by hand out of his garage.
