Laura, IMO you've got some of the best items available right now on your list! You just can't go wrong with any of them.
Marisol looks great in the butterfly outfit, Josefina is gorgeous in the birthday outfit (get the accessories too!) and Kit simply must have her birthday dress. She is so pretty in it, and her birthday is coming up soon!

I vote for the typewriter. Its an excellent set. Everyone I show it too is impressed with the detail of it.

the typewriter is excellent...the little keys actually move and it is heavy....it is a collectors piece for sure....

I love the typewriter too----really is adorable--well made and a keepsake! For value, I would vote too for the bedding (I have it on Kit's bed---for $8 sale it is unbeatable IMO) and/or the Go Anywhere outfit. I adore Kit's birthday dress but don't think it is a super good buy---just because it is the dress and headband only. The other items you mentioned I don't have. Can you combine the free shipping code with your gift certificate? If so, that would certainly stretch your $$$$$ a bit. Have fun!

I have Kit's Birthday dress and her typewriter.
The birthday dress is just beautiful.I love it.It is so pretty.
The typewriter is AMAZING.I can not say enough about this set.The typewriter is heavy, and so realistic! When you press the keys, there is actually a single little arm that moves out so it looks like you are really typing.When you "type" all of the way to the end of a line, the typewriter makes the prettiest, crystal clear little "dinggg".It is such a beautiful sound!
To top off the typewriter, it is wrapped with a bright red bow! A little piece of Christmas garland is included in the box too.
You do not just get the typewriter in this set.You also get a beautiful little stationary box.It is adorable! It has a hinged lid on top, and a little drawer in the bottom.When you open the lid, you will find several pieces of clean paper,and some of Kit's newspapers! You can actually feed a piece of paper into the top of the typewriter so it looks like Kit is ready to type!
In the little drawer on the bottom, there is a tiny eraser with a brush attached to it.It may be a minor detail, but it is amazing to see one soooo tiny!
Also in that drawer is a mini baseball card with Kit's favorite baseball player on it.
I can honestly say the typewriter is one of my favorite things.
Kit's bookbag is amazing too, and the waffle iron is adorable!
I am sure you will be delighted no matter what you choose.
