Bestfriend dolls?

I know the subject of Molly's friend has come up before and I, too, am interested in what AG will do. I thought it was interesting that they brought in a new character in Molly's mystery book. Maybe Anna will be Molly's best friend?

I wonder what AG will do for Addy ? AG ( so far) has not shown the poor side of Nellies life. Thus
they are thinking about the visual appeal of the dolls. There have been no hints about Sarahs life style improving in the books. Harriet has the most visual appeal but behaves like Nrllie Olsen from " Little House". Will Sarahs circumstances change ? Her mother could re marry or her father could re appear. Something could happen to change Harriets attitude.

I really think the next bestfriend should be Sara. Addy is the only African American charector in the collection. I think it would be really nice to have atleast one more black charector. Sara is also one of the more prominent bestfreinds. She and Addy have a really strong bond, and she is in most of the books.

I would really like it if Kirsten had Singing Bird for a friend doll. I always liked Kaya's native American accessories, but I didn't want to get into another big historical collection. I like the friend dolls because their collections are smaller and they can use the stuff of their friend.

I thought we all heard that after Felicity, Kit will be the next movie made, so we'll probably see Ruthie next.

As far as best friends, in the AG Catalog they have that match up for friends and they show Emily for Molly.

I haven't heard any other rumors about new movies, just that Julia Roberts had the rights to make these 3 movies, at least so far.

I just don't think it necessarily means for sure that all the dolls will be getting their best friends. I know we won't be getting all of them if they do. That is just way too many dolls for me, but I never say never, so who knows?

I am excited to meet Ruthie! She was great in Kit's books (so girly)!!!

I also hope they make Sarah, Addy's friend.

So if we were to assume that each of the girls are going to get a bestfriend doll, then who would be their friend. Since some of the girls have more then one friend at a time. Any thoughts on this?

Here is my list:
Kaya: Speaking Rain (this one is kind of obvious)
Josefina: Mariana
Kirsten: Singing Bird (mainly because she is alive... if Marla were alive it would of course be different)
Addy: Sara
Kit: Ruthie
Molly: This is where I get confused, cause she has two best friends (Susan and Linda) so which one? (at first I thought Emily, but Emily is British and is not immigrating to the states)

I tried to figure this before too. Because some friends are more integral to the story than others. I mean Josefina's friend Marianna is barley in the story ~ I think it would be hard to create an interest for her. Same with Singing Bird (Kirsten Friend) ~ I think making one of her cousins would be better. I haven't read Kaya's storys yet.

Sarah Addy's friend and Ruthie would be great friend dolls they had such major parts in the books and I feel like we got to know them!!

Molly is confusing because she had two firends? So manybe they would pick Emily and have Molly's family adopt her????

When I ordered Sam's movie and the CS rep told me about Felicity's movie. She also mentioned Kit. I asked about the others and she didn't know. She said for Felicity and Kit have been planned!!!

I have read and re-read Felicity's book trying to get a feel for Elizabeth and I am not that I do. She seems quiet and they describe her as small (that's why Annabelle calls her Bitsy). Does anyone else get impressions on Elizabeth from Lissie's stories?

My impression of Elizabeth was that she was shy but quite strong and sweet. The kind of person who didn't say much, but made it count. I've always liked her [img]smile.gif[/img]

I never really got that eleizabeth was shy, She had just been picked on for so long by her sister that she stopped stepping up. She is very loyal to felicity and is the type of friend who boosts and supports felicity, telling her the horse drawings are beautiful, supporting her over ben, plotting and comiserating about annabelle.
Felicity is bring the spine back into her and letting her know that she CAN stand up to her sister. Which is a great thing for younger siblings to know and feel.
I think these two dolls are perfect for siblings because they are close like sisters and both can relate to the feeling of having a family, one who's the eldest and has so many proper expectation and one who's the yougnest and has the feeling of constantly being in the shadows.
