Wasn't there meant to be Tortured Souls 3 this year?

Remember, they said that they haven't revealed everything yet.....

Infernal Parade was Tortured Souls 3.

ya but when they changed the line to infernal parade they did say they would bring back ts 3 the following year. doesnt look like it happened

I remember that, which then they renamed that line Carnival parade, however I also recall that after that, they were planning a proper a TS3???
