What I love about this song is that it reminds me of those songs from the 60's and 70's when on the surface it seems like they're singing a "peace and love" kinda song.... but it's really dark and twisted.
Look at the original version of "Last Kiss"....
... or the song "Timothy" (written by Rupert Holmes of Pina Colada fame) about three guys trapped in a mine.... and by the time they're rescued, Timmy seems to be missing...

no, i'm not talking about a classic horror movie being raped into dogshit by hollywood, i'm talking another re-recording. some of you may remember one of my old songs called "Angela"...i've recently spent a number of hours recording and mixing a brand new version. not sure i'm completely finished or happy with how it sounds, but any input is appreciated. it's poppy, wussy, and catchy...so be warned. the song's about a kid who's wandering through a graveyard and befriends a girl he sees being burried. i wrote it for a friend who had a couple of really bad weeks in an effort to cheer her up. it's up for download on my purevolume page...
