Anyone else got it yet? I think it rocks!!
Nobody else has this??
nope I can't get it here in the states...no one can order it
GOT AND I'M LOVING IT!!! (EXCEPT FOR THE HELLRAIZER COVER WHICH BRINGS ME THE "SKIN'N'BONES" VERSION TO MY MIND, AND IT'S A LOT BETTER) AND THE COMPARISON MAKES IT SOUNDS NOT SOO GOOD (ALSO BEING GOOD)
It's available on ebay. At least two different sellers. I enjoyed Planet:Fame. Will probably check this one out, too.
You can get it in the States. Just order it from HMV in Canada. That's how I got mine. I haven't had a chance to listen to it very much. My initial impression was that I was a little let down. It seems over-produced to me. I miss their raw cheesy glam style. Also I think the single version of Hellraiser that was released last year was a lot better than the album version. In all honesty I do need to listen to it more before I decide for sure if I like it or not.
Gah ! My copy is residing in a flat the other side of Nottingham and I ain't been able to go get it yet ! Will definitely be picking it up tomorrow tho and will post what I make of it.
... and yus go to HMV.com and tis availiable there *nods*

Takes a bit more getting used to than Planet Fame, but I think Mr Ezrin has produced another classic
Some of the songs blow hard, some are great, very hit and miss.. i like "Shoot Em' Up Now", "Why Don?t You Love Me" & "Over You" best. oh and "Outta The City".
OK so I have now listened to it approx 303 million times. There are definitely songs on here that I am not so keen on. It is a very very different and more polished album than Planet:Fame and having seen the songs live a lot in 2003, they have changed too. Although whether or not this will affect how they are done live I don't know. However, overall I have really gotten into me old mucker Robin's new record. There are some really daring moments on it, and some great screeching from the man on '...Hurt You Bad'. I'm not going to post a full on review here as I am doing that for Bubblegum Slut (so you can all trot off and buy that can't you !)
Suffice to say that it is pretty much what was expected - more polished and classic sound and dropping some of the bubblegum sleaze of the first record - you DEFINITELY need a copy tho.
