Cool, I hadn't seen him play in a long time.
I wonder if you can tell me if YouTube - white horse is real, hard to believe!
If so have a look at this and see if you think it genuine.
YouTube - guitar
If so Wow
I can only strum a few chords, but I'd say that is genuine. He snaps up the original quite well!
If you want to be amazed at what is possible, check out Stanley Jordan, for example the clip of My Favorite Things at this link. That is one person playing without multi-tracking. He uses all fingers on the fretboard kinda like a piano, none are picking the strings...
Man, that is some amazing guitar playing. I am a little apprehensive to say it is real due to the apparent age of the kid. However, I can't see any flaws in his movements.
Real guitar playing, but the audio mix of the guitar and keys makes it seem that he's often playing notes that he's not.
Still, damn good.
It's real. You can tell by watching both hands and listening for the "clicks" from the picks on the strings. I've seen a couple of these recently. Kids got some dexterity for sure. Nice runs and fills. I would have thought it was fake if I saw a picture of the guiter player and heard it, but watching it is different. I know some players can play an avalanche of notes and it looks like they barely move their fingers.

I don't actually "play" the guitar if you mean making music and chords and what-not. But I did get to take an old guitar in high school and smash it on-stage, The I flipped the pick out into the crowd, and as I was coming off-stage a roadie put a towel over my head.
