Now with 20% more retardation!
(and probably a dirty word or two)
Unless you've lived a remarkably sheltered life (or you're a dang foreigner), you know the rules. Just fill in the blanks, and your friendly neighborhood party time skull will take care of the rest.
Feel free to fill in multiple blanks, but don't get too impatient or greedy. In other words, give both other users a chance to play, too.
New chapters will be added whenever the hell I get around to it.

*starts smacking Imbalance with newspaper*
No! No! Bad Imbalance! You weren't supposed to use them all! Bad! Bad!
Nah, this isn't working. I'm going to need waaaaaay more liquor.
*sigh*
Some moderators just can't seem to follow instructions.
I'll take "finger" and Imbalance's responses for 2-6.
Now...would anyone else like to contribute?
(Hint: try to avoid comic-book-appropriate terms like "destroy" and "vindictive," or this shit will make way too much sense.)
What? Directions? Who's idea was that?
Watch me fix it...
See? Didya see it?
