<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I don't doubt that AG has been fully informed about this. My impression is that they just don't communicate very well with their own staff. It seems to me that there ought to be a weekly report along the lines of "what problems are we hearing the most about" and it should be circulated to everyone in Customer Service, not to mention to the execs.
