I placed an order last week for a kemper infant wig size 12-13 and was so excited when I saw the box in the mail today. I opened it up and they send my a size 14-15! I called and they told me to send it back, and I asked why should I have to pay for shipping so they said they would reimburse and then send out a new wig when they get this one back (so I not only have to wait for the new wig to come, but for the old wig to get back). I'm just fuming, I was so excited for this and now I have to wait a really long time because someone wasn't paying attention.

[img]frown.gif[/img] That's too bad. I would ask if you can charge a second wig-have them waive the shipping on it-send back the other one-and then just get the credit for the wig and shipping. That way at least the new wig is in transit while you're waiting. I don't see why they shouldn't be aggreable to this. [img]frown.gif[/img]
