I just noticed that Elizabeth's meet dress doesnt have pocket holes in the skirt. I wonder if her other dresses will be the same... or if Felicity's new dresses will have pocket holes either... just wondering. What do you all think??
Maybe because Elizabeth doesn't have a pocket like felicity she wont have access to one through her clothes. I'm just not sure, but it sure suprised me to find her meet dress without pocket holes, like all of Felicity's.
I wonder if that means they will be retiring felicity's stays and pocket?
That would be odd because they just brought it back last year.
I noticed the absence of the pocket slits also. The skirt on the dress isn't very full either. I think this dress is very cheaply made. I don't like the dress and took it off of Elizabeth immediately. I also think the fabric from which it is made is very cheep. I know many of you won't agree, but this is just my opinion.

Thanks for mentioning it, I didn't notice it right away. Maybe AG didn't consider having the pocket hole in Elizabeth's dress because they consider the stays and pocket part of Felicity's collection and that Elizabeth wouldn't get her own set.
If you use Felicity's set you could easily open up a bit of the seam and make a pocket hole in Elizabeth's dress though.
I don't mind the color of the dress, it is rather pretty. I also don't mind the dress being a one piece. My main issue is the cheapness of the fabric and the fact they skimped on it. I hope this dress isn't an indication of the quality of the rest of the collection.

I noticed this too (by the way I just got Elizabeth at AGPNY!). I was really dissappointed. First it ios a one peice now this? Its so not historicaly accurate. [img]frown.gif[/img] .
