So I lost my Sam Goody (Replay) card a couple weeks back.
Today, before War of the Worlds, I stop by Sam Goody and tell the guy I'd like to replace my lost card.
He then tells me that they can just look me up each time I buy something instead of giving me a new card.
"Yeah, but I'd like a new card..."
He gets kinda insistent on it.
"May I ask why? I mean, it's 3 dollars to replace one and you get it in the mail. We can just look your info up here."
I then repeat myself.
"Yeah, but I'd just like a new card..."
He then seems to get sort of short, like he didn't want to do the oh-so-Godawful labor of sending my information to Goody HQ and getting them to mail me out a new card.
He looks my Sam Goody information up on the computer, and then tells me I'll get one in the mail soon.
"It's $3."
I pay him...
What's the big deal? Damn... I mutter as I walk out the door.
It might've been nothing; just seemed sort of strange to me.
