Back from Elizabeth's Premiere at AGPC!

WOW!! Everything is gorgeous! Tracy (Kit_Girl) took pics and hopefully is uploading them now!! *hint, hint* Because I forgot my camera! [img]redface.gif[/img] [img]frown.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/cry.gif[/img]

The carriage is huge and is so awesome! Elizabeth's Governor's Ball gown is my least favorite. The main part of the dress is floral, the underskirt is taupe, which is really pretty fabric. Elizabeth's doll is wearing a dress in the taupe fabric.

They did not have the ark or dressing table yet to display. But we did see the tea set-pink of course. [img]tongue.gif[/img] Elizabeth's and Felicity's tea dresses are so pretty! Elizabeth's is blue, looks like raw silk, with a sheer white apron and cap. Felicity's is yellow and dark yellow vertical striped and has a hat similar to her Summer Hat.

Felicity was wearing the Traveling Gown as her Meet Outfit, using her same purse. She had the same buckle shoes and the mob cap with the purple ribbon from the Traveling gown. She also wore the choker from the Traveling Gown.

Hey Kit_Girl!!!!! get us those pics!!!!!!!!! WOOHOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (right now I'm in full excitement mode, lol, my dolls are looking at me like, "we're supposed to trust HER to take care of us?") Elizabeth's dress actually sounds really pretty to me, but maybe it's just 'cause I'm weird:-P

did the yellow dress look good on felicity? I like the sound of the tea set and can't wait to see elixabeth's tea gown!

We could only purchase Elizabeth and her accessories today-the rest of the items are for pre-order only, available Sept. 1. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Polly is the same mini-BB but is in a dark wood cradle. She is wearing a beige "satiny" very long gown. We will definitely get her!

The new armoire is not as nice as we had hoped. The whole front opens to one big open space. Both dolls fit in it, there are 3 pegs along the back wall to hang clothes, no shelves. It comes with two blue and white toile boxes (no tops) for clothes storage. The front also has numerous brass pulls on fake drawer fronts. [img]graemlins/thumbs_down.gif[/img]

Elizabeth's riding habit is pale, pepto-pink. Still very pretty. The stable set is a scenes-n-settings sort of thing, with a wheelbarrow, bucket, shovel, rake and some fencing. Patriot is adorable and has a big blanket that I'm sure has a name, but I don't know it.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I think it was beautiful on her. It was more of a golden yellow, not a lemon yellow. It had embroidery on the front of it.

Also, I forgot to tell about Elizabeth's bedding. Both dolls use the same bed, so each bedding will be available separately. Elizabeth's bedding is blue and not as pretty as Felicity's to ME. I know some of you do not care for it but I love it. It's hard to describe Elizabeth's bedding so we need those pics, Tracy!

And Elizabeth's gown is white, with embroidery down the front. The dressing table accessories are a rather large mirror, a ceramic dish with lid with a cotton ball in it for powder maybe? It also has a linen to cover the dressing table and has something else that I can't remember.

pepto-pink riding habit??? Isn't one pink dress enough [img]confused.gif[/img] ?? BTW, was Lissie's riding habit back in the same green? And what about her work dress?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Her meet dress is a darker, more coral color. The riding habit is VERY pale pink.

Felicity's riding habit is no longer the nice, thick wool. It feels more like felt. [img]frown.gif[/img] And the work dress was not there, either. [img]graemlins/cry_smile.gif[/img]

Kit_Girl has pictures of everything? How exciting!! I thought pics werent allowed, SOO happy they were, and we get to see stuff!!!

Also, thanks for letting us know about Felicity's accessories, sounds like they're not adding anything new to the set, I was worried.

It sounds like they're over using Pink, but as long as it's not all the same shade, that's ok.

You didn't say anything about Elizabeth's bed? I'm assuming it wasn't there? No sign of Felicity's Work Gown, either? [img]frown.gif[/img]
