Hi everyone,
I bought a nightgown, cap and mules for Felicity off ebay. The description said it was white, but it is more off white (really noticable against her white shift which I got from the same seller) She says that was the color white in Felicity's day. I am wondering if it was stored in an attic or something that caused the color change. What do you think? She offered to refund, but I only want to do that if something is wrong with it. Were they a different color Pre-mattel? My dd has the current girl's version of the gown and it is definitely "white-white".
On the cloak, does it have an opening all the way down the front? I have seen a few on Ebay that say they are authentic, but don't look like they open.

My Lissie's nightgown is PM, and it is definitely off-white. As for the cloak, it ties with a ribbon at the neck, but is otherwise completely open.

Ahh, thanks for the replies. So if it's the older version that is the right color then?
