Before anyone digresses down the reverse-discrimination-pedophile path and bums everyone out....
... How many guys, if they had to tell their dad about doin' it when they were a horny teenager, wouldn't have had their dad's say "Well... she's hot."

I think the difference is in the poor design of the teenage male brain.
When boys hit puberty... they want to hump anything that moves. The rest of their brains haven't caught up with their sexual urges.
This is one reason they're dangerous to have around teen age girls... who are looking for romance, and the fairy tail.... while the boys are just "looking for tail".

Society is so funny it's hard to keep score.
A few weeks ago on Will & Grace, they made light of the fact that both of the characters Grace and Karen had sex with a 16 year old boy within minutes of each other.
No wonder some teens are so screwed up with all the mix messages society sends them.
For the record...even though I know it's a MAJOR double standard...I first thought to myself, "lucky boy".
