Do any of you keep a Chotki to pray the Jesus prayer?

I have a black one that was blessed by a Catholic priest.

I need to use it more.

Especially with my own anxiety disorder.

I use the chotki with the Jesus Prayer throughout the day—helps keep my mind focused during quiet moments or even while walking or doing chores. It's become like breathing for me.

I’ve used a dark wood rosary from Jerusalem Rosary Beads for quiet moments. When anxiety hits, holding it and saying a simple prayer helps slow my thoughts. I try to keep it nearby so it’s easy to pick up, even if just for a minute.
