Hey all!
I evacuated MS on Sunday, currently in Alabama w/ limited net access. I hear that my area didn't receive too much trouble, thank god.
My city is in between Biloxi and Pascagoula, which were hit hard. (Basically most of the homes closest to the water were totalled, and my area isn't right next to any shores thankfully). Family and alot of MS friends are safe, but since communication's down there's still some question marks hanging about some friends/neighbors. It's too surreal seeing what's happened...
I dunno when I'll be back home- power and phone lines are down in MS. Hoping that my place is fine, but moreso glad for those that made it safe. Can't wait until things get a bit more settled down...
(PS- Drau, I got your email about El Spawnto, btw- I was busy and away from home at some points before the Katrina fiasco, so sorry I didn't get back to ya sooner!)
Anyone else here get struck in Kat's path??
