My Kaya has a small shiny spot on her nose. That mark was on her nose as soon as I took her out of her box, and it used to bother me a little, but not anymore. Last year I was having a lot of financial problems and I sold a few dolls, including Kaya, to pay some bills. I was really depressed about my whole situation and my boyfriend wanted to make me feel better. He found out, without me knowing, who I had sold three of the dolls to, contacted her, and asked if he could buy my dolls back. She agreed, and he bought them back and gave them to me for Christmas. As soon as I opened the box and took Kaya out, I saw that familiar little shiny spot on her nose and burst into tears, because I realized he hadn't just bought me ANY Kaya, he had bought me MY Kaya back. Now I love that little flaw, because it's what made me recognize her. And every time I see it I'm also reminded of the sweet and wonderful thing my boyfriend did for me. Awww, Katie, that's such a sweet story! [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
My Aiko has a little chip out of her upper lip and 'Stasia has some faint chew marks on her left hand. I can't fix them, so I just ignore them. 'Stasia says guys dig scars, so she thinks she's hot stuff.

Katie148, that is a wonderful story. What a thoughtful and wonderful gesture. I hope I do not sound meddling, but he sounds like good husband "material". That sounds like a special type of love to me! [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
My PM Elizabeth ended up being who she is due to a scar.
I bought her as part of a lot of fixer uppers but her chin is cracked, so I did not feel it would be "saleable" on ebay.
So, I rewigged her and made her into my brown eyed brunette PM Elizabeth!

Do u have pictures of her?
Kaya's neck is ever so slightly tilted. It's only noticeable when she's next to someone else. I like it.
Josefina has a tiny white mark on each cheek and a pale blue smudge on her right hand. She quite a loved doll, but I would never give up her.

[img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img] And I must admit, the times when I think that the most are when he does something nice involving my dolls. I guess the way to my heart is through my doll collection... Felicity has hair issues that are contained only by never taking it out of the ponytail, Nellie has a scar on her forehead, and Samantha is greenish and needs lipo as she has an extremely large rear end.
Hey everyone! Just wondering what kind of doll imperfections you have which makes your doll(s) unique...
My Josefina, one of her legs is shorter than the other, and my Lissie her head is kind of crooked.. I think its because her PM body is so soft that her head just sits funny... hehe
Anyone have anything out of the ordinary with their dolls or a story to share?
