I've been thinking lately that AG does a better job with the AGOT clothing than the historical dolls. Do you think it's because they are used to fashion dolls such as Barbie or am I just imagining it?

I agree that outfit is too cute! DD also really likes they mystery sweatsuit, while it is cute, it doesn't hold a candle to the traveling out. Marisol is in it right now and she is a beauty!
It doesn't seem like the historical outfits are fiiting right for some reason, the GT stuff fits fine. I wonder if they are made in different factories?

I liked everything about the set but the skirt. But I didn't like it before I ordered it, though. So it's not about being letdown or anything.
Everything else is supercute! I like the way the top looks with jeans.

May be they thing that AGOT stuff is meant to be play stuff while the historicals are more display things?
I know it doesn't hold water, but it seems to be supported by the latest wave of flimsy historical stuff...
Mystery!!!

LOVE this outfit too! I haven't tried it on the doll yet. The boots are very cool. I bought the outfit just for the boots. I missed out on the boots that came with the Talent Show dress and didn't want to miss these too.
The top is so-so, just a plain standard jersey that they've done before. But the quality of the skirt is great. It is fully lined with blue satin. The tweed is really cute and I wouldn't mind some kind of accessory for myself made out of the same fabric. It sure is short though. My doll will wear it in the fall with tights.

"CUTE" doesn't evn start to describe it!
The boots fit perfectly and are very pretty. My only complaint is that the material is too thin and you can see the shape of the toes through it!
The skirt is SHORT! Just I wanted! I am assempling a new album (surprise!) and this is just what I was looking for! The quality is excelent and it goes on very pretty.
I don't care much about the shirt, but it is OK overall.
The poncho is very cute but, as said in another post, it does not have a lot of play milleage in it! It is kind of delicate.
But then again, I can see myself making several matching ponchos to go with this outfit.
The hat... so dandy!!! I loved it!
Overall: A++ this is one of the best outfits I have gotten recently.

I have to agree with you... Were the boots hard to get on and off? I tried putting them on my PM Sam and it took me what seemed like forever to get them on... very snug fit....
Yes, the boots were tight, despite the velcro.
I tried them on Lindsey (I HAD to do something good for her after thinking about booting her out of the house!) and they are a tight fit.
You may want to try with a bit of baby powder.
