I can't seem to find a way to change Sandy's batteries. The poor pup never has barked.Am I over looking a battery compartment, or is it going to require major surgery to get him yipping?

I think he does, but now you've got me wondering... Squeeze his paw, right?
I think you squeeze his left baw and he barks. Could that be it? Maybe you were squeezing his right paw instead?
I can feel the button in his foot, but there is no sound.
Call CS, maybe they got a replacement Sandy. Good luck.
American_Mommy,
I just assumed there was no way to change the battery and that when it was done there would be no more barking. Please let us know if CS has instructions for a new battery!
My DD doesn't like to use the feature too much as she is scared of the battery running down!
Thanks!
Shawn
I did not even think about calling CS untill you mentioned it.
I called them, and they said unfortunately, there is no way to change the battery in Sandy. No biggie, Kailey still loves her doggy, bark or no bark.
If you know how to sew, and are willing to risk it, I'd open her up, bring the battery to Walgreens and get a replacement.
I am seriously considering it....
