I just remembered something that Michele at CS was talking to me about yesterday. When she was looking up replacement parts for me, she asked me if they were for my daughter. I kind of laughed and told her they were for me! I told her I'd had my Kirsten for a while and was trying to find some of her older stuff.
She said they actually get a lot of calls from women who are more of collectors (like us!!). She was really nice, and said that was neat because then you'd have something to share with your daughter someday.
Anyway, I thought that was nice of her to chat with me too instead of just doing her job and not going beyond what I was asking for. Several times she put me on hold for a second to ask questions that she didn't know the answer to. I didn't mind at all, because she was interested in helping me and wanted to make sure I hung up happy. Thanks CS!! Keep up the good work! [img]smile.gif[/img]

I placed an order today for replacement parts (thanks tngirl03 [img]wink.gif[/img] ). The woman who took my order was so friendly! She commented that I must be a Felicity fan. I of course said yes. Then she asked me if I knew about the new movie coming out. She was genuinely curious. It was so nice to hear professional and personal CS in a world that is totally lacking in it!!!

Customer service has always been very helpful and courteous to me. I really appreciate that when other stores most times don't give a hoot about it. Also most restaurants I have been to lately are not on top of customer service. [img]frown.gif[/img] Thanks AG!
