I am curious if these dolls are cute in person. They seem to be on the website but I've never seen one in real life, and I haven't seen them in the catologue.
Does anyone have any pictures of their own dolls? Are these popular dolls with the intended age group? It seems like the bitty babies are much more popular. I really don't see a lot about them on ebay or hear much about them.
Any comments?

I have a HSH doll as does my niece. She adores them, especially the teacher set and board. She teaches school to them.
I don't have any pictures immediately handy, but will try to take some tomorrow evening and post for you.
IMHO Skyler and Hailey are the cutest. The clothes are nice too, but I ahve feeling they are about to go the way of the AG mini rooms, Angelina Ballerina, and GOML. The last couple of stories they didn't release an outfit for and the section in AG keeps shrinking. They weren't even in the last couple of catalogs I got in the mail.
It's sad, because I liked them. I've gotten the last few items for her collection, so she will have all the outfits and furniture. We've decided to get her a bitty baby for Xmas this year, because I plan to take her to AGPC to pick out her first AG, just as she picked out her HSH at AGPNY.
Hope this helps...

I bought DD the Hallie doll for her birthday next week. She's cute, but for some reason she reminds me of a female Alfred E. Neumann. There aren't many outfits, but the characters tend to wear the same outfit in all of the books. I also got DD the Rainbow Activity Board and the Recess Play Set, both of which are great. Oh, and the Flowerpot desk. It's so cute. I'm thinking the Les Cheries dolls will also be able to use it. I can't find the Play Teacher Set anywhere though. The books are great and tend to emphasize issues that preschoolers really go through - such as sharing and teasing. Hope that helps.
