PLEASE READ ONE AND ALL.....

I don't want any sympathy replies or 'hope you're okay's' ... I just wanted to make people realise this REALLY does happen and to take care when they're out for a night out!

I was out at a local live music venue, loads of mates around me, my drink hardly ever out of my sight, but to the side of me on a ledge whilst I was watching a band...

I had my drink spiked... I don't know what with but luckily I left the venue early and got home before I passed out! It's not nice, it definitely wasn't funny, so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, girls and guys (because it can happen to both) keep your drink with you AT ALL TIMES, don't let it out of your sight!

I had a feeling that there wasn't a happy message by the title. There are some sick fucks out there, and I know you might not want to hear it but it is glad to hear you are safe.

Be careful, Spice! Keep the "spice" in you and NOT in your tipple!

I remember one incident going back to the "Koolers Nightclub Rock Night" days on a Friday night.... I would mainly hang out by the dance floor in the corner and put my beer down on the ledge to the side of me. One occasion, I put it down and went to pick it back up a few minutes later and took a sip only to discover it was filled with puke lol.
