They don't name this guy... but I'm guessing he's the "Man of Miracles".

He's got kind of an Anime-armor look, but he's got sort of a cool white tattoo on his face. Kind of the Anti- Ab&Zeb.

Baimun - they do name him - he says he is "the Man of Miracles".
Turn the page and it is in the horizontal panel in the center of the page right after Chistopher asks how he knows his name.
