Well, as AG is trying to locate my missing package.. I had another sad moment today. You recall of my posting on Ana outbiding me on a Felicity lot, as we were both after the Town outfit in the lot.. well, Ana an I made a deal for me to go and pick up Lissie and the Town Fair outfit, as she got one herself. Traveling Ruthie, Hermione and I went to Ana's today,1) to pick up PM Felicity , 2) to go to lunch, and 3) to see HP4!!! (it was awesome!) Then we went back to her house for me to pick up Lissie. As I was heading out the door, with my new girl in my hands..I just touched Lissie's head, and felt it very thin, I parted the wig and it was awful! 3/4th of the entire wig was gone!!!! The seller did not say anything on this, only said that the wig was cut and dry, or not in good condition, but not that most of it was missing! Well, Ana said the wig had to go. She took off the bad wig( which made me go into AG shock, never saw a AG with no wig), then we found out that it was reglued!!! Poor bald Lissie was in my hands, as we tried on other wigs for her. Ana had one red haired wig, but it had bangs. It suited Lissie, but not much. So, I sadly had to leave her at Ana's house.
So here is my dilemma, should I keep this poor abused doll? or really go back on ebay and hunt down for a German PM red head Lissie that I mostly want?

OH! That really stinks! I think I would hold out for a real PM in perfect condition....Maybe the other, sad hairless doll, should just be re-wigged and be a new friend....sorry you are having so many doll issues! [img]redface.gif[/img] I hope all is well very soon!

I would try to get a PM red haired Felicity. Maybe rewig this doll and make her a friend.
I hope AG finds your missing package too.
Glad that you and Ana enjoyed HP4. My daughter and her friend are going to see it tomorrow.

O man,that is terrible! I say get her a new head (mattel of course) sell her on ebay!Use the money to pay for part of a PM Lisie!

Oh, I am so sorry, Ria! That's awful! I would probably just rewig her, and look for a better PM Felicity on Ebay.

Ria, this wig is great. The quality is excellent, especially at this price. You could rewig and freckle her to be Anne of Green Gables.

Ria, I'm sorry it wasn't your AG-week. Maybe it has to do with the stars as the whole week they mentioned on the radio that it's an 'astrological disaster week'. Might have had some influence on AG too?
I'm sure you'll find a perfect PM Felicity pretty soon and either rewig this one and have her as a friend as suggested before.
Glad you had a good time with Harry Potter at least.

I've seen several PM Lissie's with that bald spot including the one DH won for DD. I think someone else on the board had the same problem. We sent her in for a new head and asked for the old one to be sent back to us (I don't know what I will do with it but I have it.) I sorry you were dissapointed. Let us know what you do with her.

Thanks everyone, still deciding on her. If I do wind up keeping her, she will be transformed to another character. But then I have to hunt for another Lissie... but the problem is also where to put them! running out of room here. [img]redface.gif[/img]
