I have been doing some tea experiements with my free time and have found that fresh spearmint(sp?) leavesmake wondeful tea! Boil water and use a strainer or tea ball while pouring the hot water over the leaves(break the leaves so the flavour can escape ahead of time) and let it sit for a moment and serve! The color of the water is not going to be dark-it will just have the softest green tint but the flavour of the leaves comes through! I got the idea for this from the very funny elizabeth book. You can always use dried spearmint leaves from the store also. just though I would post my discoverment because the flavour is soooo refreashing! [img]biggrin.gif[/img]
