My daughter has been faithfully attending the AG Club at Barnes and Noble since early in the year. She put in for the drawing they had of Felicity and Elizabeth and didn't win but said it was ok because they went to two little sisters. Well today I get a call from the store manager and he says the leader of the club told him there is noone more devoted than my daughter. He received a doll (not sure if Felicity or E) at a conference earlier this year and has been keeping it for someone special. They are coming by 45 minutes before the movie tomorrow night and will be giving my daughter the doll! I was almost in tears!! We just found out that my youngest daughter needs to have open heart surgery and my oldest has been so sad over it! This will be a nice bright spot in her life! So far she only has Kit and Bitty Baby. I am giving her AGOT#23 as a suprise for Christmas. She has desparately been waiting for Ruthie. She is going to be overwhelmed have 3 AGs now!!!

Oh, how wonderful!!!!! I am so happy for you and your Daughter!!!!!! What a wonderful memory for her to have.I bet she will have a great night watching the movie with her new doll!!!!!!

That is absolutly magical!! Oh thats one of the neatest things I've heard in a long time. I can just imagine being her and the thrill and pride I would feel. See, persitance pays off... and good things do come to those in need =D

I am still on cloud nine. You know I never thought being a good girl paid off but now I realized being a good girl brought me GREAT children and they are the pay off!! I am in such a wonderful mood. I cranked up the Christmas music and decorated my house. I'll post the outcome tomorrow of this magical surprise !!!
