Okay....so I have a lot of time on my hands today to chat.
Has anyone ever attempted to make a cheesecake in the thermowell? I think it's going to be my next venture. Since cheescake usually sits in a water bath for the steam I think the thermowell would be ideal for it. I'll probably fool around with a recipe during my week off for the holidays. I'll keep everyone posted on the success or failure of it.
