First Casey, now the reversible backpack!
I'm almost afraid to order anything else!
I slid open the little lunch to the reversible backpack kit because I received it today in the mail. There sat the drink, sandwhich, and yogurt...but....no cupcake.
So here I am again, on the phone with CS.
sigh.

I am sorry, but at least that will be easy to correct. I am sure they were happy to send you a new cupcake.

They will probably send a whole new lunch. I asked them recently about it as a replacement part, and you can buy the lunch for $3.
