Okay, so I know the differences between PM and non-PM dolls, but what about the other stuff--furniture, clothes, accessories etc?
I don't think I care, but I know that I will be getting lots of Addy stuff, and I see so much on ebay much of it PM--and it goes cheaper than new anyway. . . .
I just wondered if I'm comparing side by side if it's worth it to be sure that I'm getting PM or if it really doesn't matter one bit.

Mostly the difference in furniture is that PM wood is much nicer. Usually a thicker wood with a better finish. Mattel tends to use a thin, lightweight wood and cover it in tons of layers of paint so that it looks all shiny and plasticy. Some pieces may not be different at all, like the table/chair sets that aren't wood. But I only have some PM and nothing M to compare it to.
