It's just made out of a box and paper (and an authentic AG fire pit). Unfortunately, I'm awaiting the arrival of a new camera battery before I can take pictures.
I still want to see JuliaAM's versions. Please post a link if I missed hers.

How exciting! I'm really looking forward to seeing your pics.
No I didn't get mine finished yet. But I do have all the supplies. I'll be making two that look very similar. One has real dollhouse brick and cost about $30 for supplies. The other will be almost free and made with simple supplies. I'm planning on photographing the procedure for both fireplaces side-by-side so you all can make one too.
That's so cool that you're using the Seaside fire pit. Did you use the AG box like I mentioned in another post? The fire pit almost fits perfectly in that box. I'm making both my fireplaces from AG boxes and using the AG firepit in one and mini Christmas lights in the other.
Tomorrow will be the first day in almost 4 weeks that I don't have to go somewhere or fulfill an obligation. So I'll start my fireplaces tomorrow. I even bought Molly's stocking and the Chocolate Cherry accessories just for the stocking.
I'll also be using Josefina's candle and Addy's lamp on the mantel.
Julia
I can't wait to see pictures of both of your fireplaces!
