I purchased the club for my 8 yr old cousin so that she and DD could exchange messages with each other. My aunt called me last night and said that she was setting up the account for S and couldn't find DD listed when they did a search for 8 yr olds who had Kit listed as their favorite doll and basketball as their sport. DD has been in the club since July.
Shouldn't her name come up on the friend finder list by now? How long does it take if not? When DD first joined some of those names she clicked on and sent messages to but never has received a response, so what is the purpose of having them there? They should clean out the inactive accounts.
Anyway, my aunt had S send a message last night to DD and when I checked the club just now, DD had NO mail. I even called my aunt to verify that they had gotten set up and started last night for sure. Sure enough she said the little box popped up that said her message had been sent.
Anyone else ever missed messages or had delivery issues like this?

I would check to see if there are parental controls set up for the message portion of the club. My daughters will send messages and have the "sent" message pop up, but unless I log on to my portion and clear it to go out, it doesn't go anywhere. The same is true for incoming messages. I have to log on and accept the messages before they will go to my girl's accounts.

I have the parental controls set up too, but it still said there weren't any incoming messages to approve.
