Why do they have to come so wrinkled? I had the WORST time getting Addy's striped dress ironed out. I even used my mini iron, but it was a pain to do! I wish they would come on the hanger already to go! LOL!

I know what you mean...I have noticed it more with the short story clothes. I LOVE the short story clothes but they do need to come straightened out already.
I would send CS an e-mail because it is important that they know these things. I send them messages all the time. Some are positive and some are either complaints or suggestions. I feel it is very beneficial to give customer feedback.
That's what CS is for. But after you put the outfits on the doll they do tend to lose a few wrinkles with time.
When I got the striped outfit I called CS and let them know that although I loved the outfit I didn't feel it should arrive wrinkled. She said she would make a note of it.

Well, obviously if you're buying a dress from 1944 or earlier, it's gonna be a little wrinkled and dusty. [img]tongue.gif[/img]
I just got the stripped dress and it was a mess. I don't even own an iron so i had to buy one. I ended up get an expensive one because it had a steamer too. But it's all metal and i read here that you can't use the metal type of the doll's hair.
My Addy's striped dress also arrived wrinkled although NIB from ebay. I just gave it a rinse, shook it and hung it up - with the intention of ironing it later. Once it was dry it wasn't wrinkled anymore, so I didn't need to iron it at all.
