Considering what has been going on regarding a thread about personal information there are a LOT of factors that are not even being taken into consideration. The entire situation with my Husband and his ex-wife and myself goes far deeper than what most realize. And it is one big mindgame of hers to keep us on edge. As far as the child support goes...here is what happened. They divorced she wrote in the divorce decree that she did NOT want child support period. The reason she decided to go for child support now is because we got married and he moved on with his life. So now she is on a rampage about it. We were told by the Child Support division not to pay anything and to just let them take the money out since if we paid anything directly to her we would not be given credit for it against the balance. Okay so we wait and wait and wait and they still aren't taking it out and the Child Support division told him just to send them 10 or 20 dollars a month until they start taking it out. We have gone back and forth on the ex-wife with this since half the time she says she doesn't want it and the other half she complains about not getting it. The other part of this has to do with her refusing to work or go to school or do anything other than sit and collect state assistance or have her parents pay for everything. She has blatantly stated numerous times that once Daniel gets his degrees she will move to get the maximum amount of support so she can live off of it. Is that right? No I don't think so. At that point it is spousal support which was not ordered in the divorce decree either. We have given her clothing and stuff for the girls and she throws it out. So our hands are tied. Something is better than nothing. She has even stated she wants to get his visitation removed yet still collect money. The only thing she cares about is the money. I really don't care who thinks personal information shouldn't be posted or not. I am sure all of you have shared personal information at one point or another so there is no reason to bitch, moan, groan, and complain about it. It is pretty hypocritical to tell people what they can and can't or should and should not post on their own forums. [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img]
