Since we have started a precedent of not playing when one of us can't make it, the game will be cancelled tonight. If anyone wishes to revisit this policy, let's discuss it.
Meanwhile, valleydude, I hope by the time you read this you feel better.
Hopefully we can reconvene for fun and adventure next week.
Anyone reading this should please acknowledge. I am getting on Simple MU just to inform the others.
Have a great weekend all.

I'm sorry for the last minute cancel on my part, but I caught the flu, and it hasn't gotten better in time for me to be up to gaming. The last time I tried to game while this sick, it didn't work out well, and I won't be chancing that again.

I'd assumed we'd not play when I saw the initial post even though no one else had responded by that time.

Hope you get to feeling better soon Valley.
I am for playing another character if one is absent. See you all next Friday!
Am also going to look at availability of some of Thay's henchmen that may be able to accompany the group to the desert.

Hey Valley! Hope you're feeling better by now!!
I'm up for low levels when someone is out sick, question though, take some that we've started, or start completely fresh?

I too wouldn't mind going back to 'alts' when someone is absent. Most of us have lost the older group I think, so I'd vote for starting.

Should we move forward with a new set of level 1 backup characters, I've an idea for a Dwarf Fighter.

Thanks all. The worst part of the flu seems over, though I still have a nasty cough and sneezing that comes and goes. Hopefully it will be completely gone in the next week or so. I can game this friday (the 5th) though neither of my characters maybe at the top of their thinking game, at least thinking will be a possibility
