Re: All-ACC
When I seen this the other day I was puzzeled as to why Wake has two players making all ACC when they finished dead last in the league.
-
Re: All-ACC
I can understand your point... but Justin Gray and Eric Williams are two very good players. If they had a true PG they would've made some noise this year!
-
Re: All-ACC
or a coach who knew how to play defense
-
Re: All-ACC
Losing Chris Paul was big blow to this team. That's the main reason they finished dead last, no PG!!
-
Re: All-ACC
or could be Chris Paul was good enough to cover up Prosser's shortcomings as a coach
-
Re: All-ACC
Possibly... but is Prosser that bad that one player makes his team drop off bad or was it that they need a PG to control their offense... one thing I was wondering about though... the one game I watched of Clemson is that Vernon Hamilton really impressed me and I don't know how he did the rest of the year but I felt he should've atleast been honorable mention.

Re: All-ACC
IMO Vernon Hamilton is one of the best "true" point guards in the ACC, he defends well and shoots the rock very well, he handles pressure and is able to cut and slice defenses apart
-
Re: All-ACC
Some dude at MCI last year sat behind me, all he said was Vernon, Vernon at the top of his lungs everytime he touched the ball. Needless to say I was glad when Clemson lost.

Re: All-ACC
haha he's a Richmond product so I'd imagine he had a lot of fans there with it not too bad of a drive for them
