PV Fans HS Football Pre-Season Statements

Last year before the PV/Norton game I claimed that whoever won would win the LPD, of course that upset several people claiming that the CW's and Appy's of the world would have something to say about that. I was proven right at the end of the year as both teams ended up proved to be the two dominate teams in the LPD and Region D.

This year I'm saying this: JIB, CW, or PV will win the LPD guaranteed. JIB will win the Region in D1 and PV or CW will win the Region in D2. This year I'm going to predict every single LPD Contest from week 1 to week 11 and I'm going to pick 70% of the games correctly. Really, I just want to see if my thoughts are true, high school football around here is so predictable that really there are only 4-5 games a year worth going to. BTW, if CW petitions and wins I guarantee that PV will win the D2 Region D crown again.

Someone should do a week by week pickem for the high school games in the area and keep standings, I think that would be fun and post them each week. Of course we are several months away but maybe someone could get that together.

Believe it or not many people on here believe that their school is going to win, if you get bored search and find that thread from last year and look at all the people who said I was stupid. Not everyone has as much sense as you and I.

Put together a pick 'em for us DD. I'm sure we'd have a good crowd.

It may not always be much of a game but I certainly look forward to the opener every year. Hope it's a good one this year and we may hate you all come Aug. 24 [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif[/img], but good luck to the 'Vikes rest of the way.

Only time I pull against Lee is when they play us basically, most of my family is from Lee Co. I've got a cousin who's on the team over there. I enjoy the Lee/PV game it's near the time of the race and a lot of my family comes in for the race and the game. Pretty good time.

Fellas, I don't put all of the LPD games in, but come over to the CD board and play our pickem game. It will include all CD teams games, plus other to have 8 games a week. You can even use a Bye during the season to make up for a bad week.
