well not sure what the difference is after looking at your post better, but Fisher is a good eye doc
Dr. Prestowitz in Abingdon. He comes to Norton, I think twice a month, in the building beside of Taco Bell. He did surgery on my eyes and is excellent!!!! I wouldn't go to anyone else.
stan botts is pretty good
Dr. Seaton in Kingsport is great.
