We got the word last night that a handful of facilities were shutting down. It makes for a somber muster when you get word that communities are losing their economic backbones [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif[/img]

Kinda like when Westmoreland left....IMO when the big mines left, the backbone left with it. The prisons were a patch, but the void left by the coal companies wasn't even filled by them. Not saying anything bad about the prisons, just a statement of fact.

Agreed. Thankfully those prisons were there to buffer us a bit and get some of those folks hired.
