Had the same thing happen to me around this time last year.
It sucks really badly in th3 morning, but gets better throughout the day.
I just decided to wait it out. It was gone in a week for me.
yeah, I can tell a difference from Friday til Today.. but still not good
I think it's time to start drinkin the Goji juice and gargle some salt water
That always works.
I guess I'm just lazy.
salt water took it away almost immediately... tablespoon of salt mixed with cup of warm water.. boom.. no more soreness
Advil Cold and Sinus, that's how I roll.

Scald it...the ole hot Swiss Miss or tea works for me. Boiling is best.
