Can anyone confirm/dispute layoffs at Mullican and possible closing?
It's that most wonderful time of year when company's like to do that. I hope not.
Wellmont got me last year 3 days before Christmas. I was like could they not have done this earlier or maybe a week later? Of all times...
Anyhow, caught wind of layoffs there and was wondering what the true situation is at the moment.
Blue was laid off from the night shift there in Feb. 2007 right before he got on with Paramont surveying.. they released anyone who hadn't been there a year and had so many points or something to that effect. My cousin Daniel Maine is the management up there I hadn't heard anything about it though?
I just wish I could buy some hardwood right there from them like you used to be able to.
