Both teams should get 1 possession or the whole quarter should be played out...the outcome in the end would not have been different as the Titans were spent and the Stillers were picking up steam as the game progressed...
Tough lose but and congrats to the Steelers, but I still feel good about our Titan team.
Both teams should be around to the end....
I actually liked Mike Golic's solution to the OT problem.
The winner in OT is the first team to score 6 points! That way, a team can't get beat on a FG. If the team with the first possession gets 3, then the other team gets the ball with a shot at a TD or a FG. You keep playing until the 15 mins is up or a team scores 6 points.
If the first team scores a TD, then your defense should have stopped them.
Exactly. Rules are rules even when we don't like em (I like college ot rules better. Just throwing that out there). But get your d to stop the o. Its part of the game. If Tennessee had won the toss and scored first to end it, Titan fans wouldn't be complaining about this rule.
Just do what they do in College ball.
Agree with Jason, except back it up to the 40
50 actually sounds better to me,but I'd doubt they'd go for that. Really at the 40 with a solid kicker, your chance of points are a little easy.
